The following is a brief description of the education development on the Africa West Field:

A visiting professor will teach master teachers at a Training Resource Center. The Master Teacher will return to their district/country and teach district teachers/zone coordinators. The district teachers/zone coordinators will return to their zone centers to teach teacher-pastors. The teacher-pastors will teach pastors, assistant pastors, and laity in local churches.
