The growing church must have a way to train its Leaders.  As a field we have committed ourselves to developing training centers that will serve as a central hub for pastoral training and lay leadership development.  Each district will use these centers to host regular teachers training and leadership seminars.  The centers will also provide a central location for the districts to maintain offices, to provide libraries for ministerial students, computer services for training, and a large gathering worship center for district assemblies.  These facilities will require a large investment and we are seeking partners to help create this vital tool for growth.  If you would like to bring a team to West Africa, please contact Tim Eby at teby@awfcon.org or Mark Louw at awfsc@awfcon.org for more information.
