Working in the heat of the sun is difficult, but the experience of working along side our brothers and sisters in Christ in Benin will forever be treasured as a great memory. 
The team will arrive in the capital city of Cotonou.  Tickets on the average from the US will be about $1,600 USD.  Visas should be about $150 USD and can be obtained from the Benin embassy in Washington, DC.


Upon arrival you will stay in a local guest house that has been set up to host teams.  The morning and evening meals will be provided by the guest house
but we will have ladies from the church to help for meals at the site.  The site is just outside the town and the team will be taken there by rented vans each day.




Zims (motorcycle taxis) are numerous around the city.  Riding on the back for less than $1 USD can get you just about anywhere in the city.
  Your experience will be cultural, memorable and effective.  There are opportunities for ministry working with the local district and we will arrange what ever the team would like to participate in. Previous teams have participated in children ministry, school visitations, youth camps, sports events, Jesus Film showings and local compassionate ministry projects.


Ground expenses including food, transport, and
lodging is usually set at $50 per day.  Extra trips to the game park that is about 3 hour drive from Tanguieta will cost a little extra.  On the return from the park, the team will visit the waterfalls and have a chance to swim in the natural pool below.


We would love to have your team continue on the center that is a shell of a building with outer walls and a roof.  The project needs one or two more teams to complete the interior and make it useful.


We also have needs to build key zonal centers in Parakou, and Abomey.  We pray that God sends us more teams that will help complete these critical centers for the growth of the church and the development of quality leaders.

Our centers in Benin continue to develop.  The main district center will be completed in Cotonou on the coast, but the immediate focus is to complete training centers in the northern region.


  Construction will require approximately $25,000 USD for the completion of each zonal center.  Work and Witness teams will have the option to work along side our national leaders and contractors in order to make this dream a realtiy.
