My Life Story
I was born in a Christian home by the parents of Mr. & Mrs John Akomaning at Akumadan in the Ashanti Region in Ghana since the year 1954.
I found Christ at my home town since 1993 and attend Evangelical College of Theololgy in Kasoa, Ghana the same year and completed 1996. I was ordained as a Nazarene minister in 1997.
I am married to Confort since 1971 with 5 beautiful children, two boys and three girls.
I was the first national to be appointed in Ghana as DS since the year 2000. We divided the district into three. Currently I am the DS for the Midland District and also the Northern Area. I started a new church in my house call “ New Hope CON “.
Ministry Story:
The Lord has blessed me to the sense that all my family are involved in the ministry. My son Reuben is the district NYI President in the District; my wife being the Women Ministry leader on the District and all the other children are also involved in the Youth ministry. My daughter Diana is also the Children SS Superintendent in my local Church.
We were recently blessed with a parsonage in Kumasi where we are worshiping now.
As a DS, I am also mentoring 13 people as my disciples on the Midland District and 10 in the Northern Area plus my family.
